Vonage

Well i can only say that all the negative reviews that i found about vonage seemed to be biased because my experience with vonage has been superb and for the last 3 years i did not need to call the sales rep even once to fix or help in any problem.

I can only say that vonage has been a very nice service. there weren’t any problems that i felt. I have been using many internet phone services in the past and all i can say is that they were all having problems. Coming to vonage was a relief.

Just got the phone connection of vonage and the best part is that i can use it with any PC that can be connected to a fast internet connection. Now i can easily make and receive phone calls and am pretty excited about more it can give me.

All the calls that i have so far made from vonage’s service were problem free. all the phone calls to national and international destinations were of the same good quality, and i like vonage.

I had heard a lot of bad things about Vonage and was really scary about trying them. But when i saw the number of their customers, i thought to give it a shot. Customer service was fine and i went sailing through the sign up and setting. I have been using their service for six months and with the exception of minor issues i do not have anything against Vonage. They are a good VoIP service, to say the least.

I purchased vonage because I was told it was a low cost calling solution. Once I got through the configuration process with vonage, I never faced any problem. I have connected the vonage’s adapter to main jack of my home phone wires. This way, I can use vonage service on all three phone sets at home. I have recommended vonage to many of my friends. Like all other voip services, vonage also requires high speed internet.

I have been using vonage or the last four months. My internet speed is up to 8 mb so I never have to face any issue with this service. On my ordinary land line phone, I usually ahve 1-2 outages monthly. This never happens with vonage. Besides the outstanding service, features are also great.

My time with vonage is of more than 2 years now and i even use their virtual numbers. the overall call quality of vonage is good and i had one faulty device that i just got replaced in 2 hours which was kind of quick. keep it up vonage.

The best about Vonage is that they provide me a complete vonnage interface even when I am travelling and staying in different hotels. Now they have lowered their prices further. They are offering E911 facility also.

I have just plugged in my router and phone wires in to the adapter provided by vonage. I have made a few trial calls to my friends and family. During those calls, I was surfing internet also. I have done browsing and calling simultenously. It is working fine until now.

I have read a few negative reviews and I am sure these are from their competitors. They only problem that you can get with the vonage is not because of vonage but simply because of your internet. I have been using this service for more than three years and I have never faced any problem until now.

While comparing vonage with Frontage Vonage seems a service from heavens. It gives no problem during configuration. You can use it in your office as well as at home. Once I successfully made a serial connection between my office and home modems.

I opted for Vonage because i was promised that my old number will be transferred to their service. i kept on waiting for 30 days to see if they would do that themselves but after waiting for so long they never contacted me. i finally tried to call them up. first it was difficult to connect and it took a long time and once i get connected, they told me they had changed their policy and they won’t transfer my number. I haven’t even been refunded back and would ask everyone to stay away from Vonage.

I have been a user of Vonage for the last 5 years and tell you the least, these five years have been the most torturous one for me as a consumer. Being a subscriber to many other kinds of services, i strongly believe that customer care is the hallmark of success for modern phone companies but to say the least Vonage has been the exact opposite of that.

I have been with vonage for the last one and a half year. What i love the most about their service is that they offer highly affordable packages and their service is superb. I wonder why so many negative reviews are being found about them online.

I have been using vonage for more than a year. As a whole I am quite satisfied with them. The service rarely creates any problem but it is definitely because of my internet service provider. With vonage I can access my voicemail and account information anytime on internet.

I have been using Vonage for more than a year. I signed up with them when I had DSL service. At that time, I had brought that service simply for a trial. I had a few issues in configuration but finally I did it successfully. After that configuration, there was no issue at all. I was quite amazed at the results. I was getting a really prestigious phone service at very competitive rates.

Although it has been one and a half year that i had with Vonage. I did not have too many problems with their service occasionally however they do misfire in terms of reliability. Rest, all is well with Vonage.

I am with vonage for the last 4 years and all i can say is there weren’t any major problems. Some service and maintenance outages were there but all those were preplanned and there weren’t any undisclosed outages that i can complain about.
