VoIPo is a broadband phone service. It offers its services to domestic as well as business consumers. VoIPo offers different service features and a variety of call plan options. Here is a review of how VoIPo performs against different set VoIP industry standards.

Voice Quality

Voice quality makes all the difference in the user experience. A good phone service always keeps improving the quality of service that it offers to its customers. There are two repeated complaints by customers about VoIPo’s voice quality. The first is the interruptions during long distance calling after sometimes which can be really annoying when you are into something really important. Secondly they are inconsistent with the voice quality that they offer to their customers, which also puts a serious question mark on the quality of voice offered.

Service Features

Quality and quantity of service features both are important for a VoIP phone service to distinguish itself from its competitors. Many customers that switch from the traditional phone system to VoIP phone service often demand a lot of service features. Service features offered by VoIPo are very numbered when compared to the number of features offered by bigger phone services. You can have more advanced service features but for that you will need to pay more.

Service Reliability

Service reliability is very important. No one wants a service that cannot be relied upon in time of need. Shaky voice service is just a one problem that seriously diminishes the reliability factor and secondly customers also complain about the poor follow-up by the customer care department. Responses to customers are often late.

Calling Plans

Offering different calling plans for different customer segments is a key to success. Without call plan flexibility, a VoIP provider cannot fully satisfy all his customers. VoIPo is seriously deficient in offering call plan flexibility to my utter disappointment. They have just flat calling plans with no calling plan options which show that they don’t empathize their customer needs and are least concerned about them. You have to adjust your calling needs to their prescribed call plan options because they don’t offer any choices.

Price

One way of taking all the phone service customers on board is to offer different pricing options so no one is left out. VoIPo pricing options are pretty flat and do not have the desired price variation necessary to accommodate the customers with different affordability.

VoIPo is a below average broadband phone service and struggles to provide phone solutions to its customers that are cost effective, efficient and reliable as well.

    I can happily recommend VoIPo. Previous i was using Vonage from 2003 but i had regular problems because of which i needed to switch to a better service. Initially i was skeptical about their service but once i used it i found it better than vonage and now i am with them for good.

    I ordered the phone and was expecting more time for delivery. But it was delivered in just a few days. The opening of the package was really fun and the phone was setup within no time. I can only say that it was fun using the phone and after using for six months, i can say it is excellent quality phone.

    I have been using voipo for the last few years. Earlier I was a Call-Vantage users. Until now, I have never faced any issue with voipo. With me, it has worked without any trouble. Price is very reasonable and features outstanding. I would definitely recommend voip to everyone.

    I have been using VoIPO for approximately one and a half year. I switched my Callvangate service to VoIPO. The prices offered by VoIPO are really low. I am really satisfied with their service. There were no issues like broken voice or sudden call drops. Their customer service is very responsive. I would recommend everyone to switch to VoIPO.

    VoIPO is offering really reliable service. They know how to handle their clients. Once I had an issue with my service. There was some problem with the adapter. I contacted them and they replaced the adapter. I did not have to pay any extra bucks. I have got an international package because I have to call indian frequently.

    Well until now, voipo has been reliable except for just one time, when their adapter got out of order. They replaced it quickly with no extra charges. Besides that incident, service has been stable. The features they offer are outstanding. I am using their internation package and my calls to UK have always been trouble free.

    My experience with voipo has been really great. If i were given a second chance, I would definitely have got voip. I was a bit confused when I left vonage but voipo provided my decision right. Now I am using this service without any problem. I am quite happy with my decision.
