RingCentral is a very big name in the VoIP industry. It provides excellent service to its customers. It is famous for having many qualities in just one service. Let us have a quick run on its offers and check what is under the hood.

Voice Quality

Voice quality is not something that you will be able to find with just any other internet phone service. Most of the innocent landline phone users that are making their way to internet phone service often think that all internet phone services offer high voice quality to their phone users. VoIP experts wish it were true. RingCentral is a real winner when it comes to offering high voice quality to its customers. There are very few internet phone providers out there that are able to match to the quality of voice that RingCentral can offer to its customers. A clear voice over phone not only means that you will be able to listen to the conversation very easily but that would also require less energy from you while speaking and the other person can easily listen to what you are saying.

Service Features

Service features define the number of functions that you are able to perform on your phone. Having a good internet phone service without all the necessary features that you really require won’t bring you the satisfaction that you want to derive out of your service. RingCentral’s overall offering as a company is quite good but the number of features that it offers to its customers is not that much which makes it a less than ideal VoIP provider to choose. There is no doubt that it has many useful features to offer but when we compare them with the best in the market, it needs to do a lot more in that regard.

Service Reliability

The reliability of the phone service is another major problem for the customers. Without a reliable phone service, you won’t be able to fully depend on your phone all the time. This can create serious problems for you as you may not be able to use your phone in untoward emergency situations. There are frequent complaints from customers regarding the quality of the service that RingCentral is offering to them. The most common issues that are frequently complained by the customers include echoes, static, cutting of voice, and even at times disconnection.

Calling Plans

There are many good plans offered by big VoIP providers but as far as RingCentral is concerned it offers just a very few plans to its customers which makes it a less favorable service among the expert VoIP customers. A good VoIP provider is the one which is able to satisfy the phone needs of all different kinds of VoIP users.

Price

Despite of making all the promises, RingCentral is definitely not the cheapest or the most low cost service in town. There are many VoIP providers that easily beat the local as well as international call rates offered by RingCentral. The rates of RingCentral may be called reasonable but they are not the most economical ones.

The service they provided was outstanding and features exactly according to my requirements. We are runing a 30 seat customer service center and until now we never faced any problem from Ring Central.

It is no doubt a user friendly service. They give you a month’s trial and you check if it suits you or not. They are improving their customer service also.

    I have found Ring Central a great VoIP.They have excellent service and i have had no problem using it. The office plan is complete in every sense and i have nothing more required that is not on their a la carte. One thing i would like to mention here is that i am a travel agent and often need to travel and have found their service working everywhere just fine.
