Third, there are no charges for calling features. When you are using the customary telephony models you have to pay extra if you want to avail of other calling features like voicemail, call transfer, or call forwarding. Unlike with VOIP, here you already get all the standard features plus other advanced features that contributes in increasing your productivity and efficiency.

Fourth, there are no charges for changing the Network. If you are using the old model of circuit- switched telephony, you need to hire expensive technicians whenever an employee transfer to a different office, or if a new employee has to be added to the network. Networking addresses needs to be changed or added, and port numbers had to be re-programmed. Such changes can be quite expensive and not to mention time consuming.

However VOIP has an intuitive intelligence. Devices such as phones or computers know where they are, so if you transfer them to your new office it will automatically connect to the network.

So when you see your next phone bill think about these four reasons. There’s no need to waste your hard-earned money when you can received the same services (if not more) for a relatively low cost.
