I earlier was skeptical to use their service because of the poor quality reviews. But once one of my friends who is already using it assured me that it was a great phone service i subscribed to it and for the last 3 months i don’t have any complaints.

I have to do a lot of traveling because of which i needed a reliable internet phone which can be connected with any internet line. I have been using packet 8 for the last 3 years and for me it went really great. There weren’t any major problems that i need to report about.

I am a user of voip technology phone service for many years now. I have been using different services in the past but either they offered low quality phone service or if the service was right, the price was too much. With axvoice i have found cost effectiveness as well as quality of service.

The two years that i had with axvoice were great because there weren’t any problems at all to be really worried about. They offered excellent quality phone service and the customer support was great. I must say hats off to the service of packet 8.

I am using packet 8 since November 2004 and had few problems. I had to restart my phone at times and my service quality wasn’t that good but t hen i had got my hardware replaced which proved to be successful helping me get rid of all my problems.

The overall service package offered by 8×8 is good. There were some slight problems during long distance calls but the overall phoning experience was quite good. I have planned to switch to other services but so far i haven’t found any other service which was better than 8×8.

Sometimes it does not make any sense to me that people post so many negative reviews about good companies. I have been using Vonage and i have just switched to 8×8 and there isn’t any thing less in this service instead it is more cost effective to use.

I have just joined the packed 8 club. In the first few days, I have not faced any problem.Configuration was not an up hill task. It may be because I was an IT professional. What makes me happy is that I have got a local number. There was a little billing error but they have correct at my request.

I am an unfortunate former sunrocket user. Earlier I was a bit reluctant to switch to packet 8 but then I had a few calls from my friend’s office where he had installed packet 8. That encouraged me and I switched to packet 8. Until now, packet 8 is working well in my office.

Packet 8 has proved itself better than the land line service. Just a few years ago, I could get local number with packe 8 only. However, I never had to repent upon my decision. The voice quality has been satisfactory and bills are low. I am quite contended with packet 8.

I ordered 8 X 8 a year ago and now i am sure that i won’t be going to look for another service. Thank GOD, my search finally ended because every six months i had to change the service but now, i don’t need to do that any more.

I did a precise research before I finally switched to 8×8. I was having problems with my ISP provider. I thought there was a problem with my VoIP provider 8×8. Their support team spent more than 30 minutes with me and inspected the whole system with patience. I can safely say that they provide the best support in their industry.

Packet 8 is a really good VoIP service provider. They are offering the best customer support in the market. I would recommend Packet 8 to all others who are planing to change their phone service.

I subscribed for the one year plan and so far it has been a ride downhill. I spend most of time trying to connect my phone. and when i am connected, i have to be patient with the pathetic voice quality that i am offered. customer care is another headache which i have been sailing through ever since i unfortunately got subscribed to their service. I would only say that people please spend your money wisely on a better VoIP service.

Once you get your phone configured with packet 8, I can safely say this is the best phone service you can ever have. In the beginning we got only one line from packet 8. This trial line worked very fine. Then we switched our nine numbers to packet 8. Until now, we have never faced any problem with them.

I can safely recommend Packet 8 to everyone. The service is easy to configure. The price is very reasonable. My old provider created a lot of hurdles in number porting but finally I got out of it and now I am using the service. Packet 8 guys were very helpful during that stage.

Until now, I have had very good time with packet8.What I liked about them was that they gave me a very easy to use adapter. I successfully configured it within half an hour. After following the simple instructions enclosed, I dialed that code that I got from them. Within minutes, I received an activation email.

After using this service for two years, i can only say that they offer amazing internet phone service. I have been with other phone services in the past but it never went that smooth like the way it went this time. I therefore will recommend 8×8 to everyone.

I don’t get all the negative reviews people have just flushed on the web about 8 X 8. they offer great service and their features are great too. All i can say is that they are really marvelous and don’t have any flaw in the service that they offer to their customers.

I used VoIP.com earlier but their service was really hopeful. They were least interested in what the customer was really wanting and all they wanted was heavy phone bills paid to them at the end of every month. Thank god after shifting to Packet 8, i can now rest peacefully.
